Police in Vienna were called out after residents were woken with her desperate meowing.

This little kitty went home – but only after Vienna police and firefighters partially dismantled a police car to find it. The naughty feline first woke residents of a Vienna neighborhood with its desperate meowing.

Firefighters and police finally struck paydirt after jacking up a police cruiser, then following the sound and tracing the wayward kitty to a small space inside the vehicle’s floor panel. But it took half an hour of elbow grease before the critter was nabbed.

She was taken to an animal shelter. Firefighter Franz Zehetmeier said ‘It bit my finger’.

Kids' Burger

A 12-year-old who took his grandmother’s car for a 110mph joyride in France was only arrested after he stopped off for a cut-price ‘kid’s burger’ at a drive-in restaurant.

The unnamed schoolboy from the northern town of Bapaume had sparked a police helicopter search after going missing for three hours.

Despite TV and radio alerts, he was only found after staff became suspicious when he ordered the burger and reported it.

He was let off with a warning, and his parents were told to teach him about road safety.

That should do the trick… but, what would have happened if he had crashed and killed someone?
